Get your beef exactly how you want it with our custom processing options! You choose the cuts and our processor takes care of the rest. They even let it hang for 10-14 days for optimal flavor. Once it's cut, it will be vacuum packed, ensuring 12+ months of freshness when stored in your freezer. The ultimate way to enjoy high-quality, personalized beef.

$3.25/lb hanging weight plus processing (approx $1/lb)

$100 deposit will hold your spot. It will be credited towards the final cost. Once the deposit is submitted, we will be in contact with you to choose a butcher date and answer any questions you might have.

Processing is done at Caledonia Packing. The cut options are listed in the photos.

  • 1/4 Beef ranges between 200-250lbs hanging weight making the final cost between $850-$1100. 
  • 1/2 Beef ranges between 400-500lbs hanging weight making the final cost between $1700-$2200
  • Whole Beef ranges between 800-1000lbs hanging weight making the final cost between $3400-$4300
