Get your beef exactly how your family likes it! With our custom processing, you pick the cuts and our processor takes care of the rest. Each side is hung 10–14 days for incredible flavor, then carefully vacuum-sealed to keep it fresh in your freezer for a year or more. A simple, reliable way to stock up on high-quality beef

$100 *non-refundable deposit will hold your spot. It will be credited towards the final cost. Once the deposit is submitted, we will be in contact with you to choose a butcher date and answer any questions you might have. *Deposit may be refunded only in the case of a customer backing out due to price per pound being higher than listed when the deposit was submitted*

We are currently at $4/lb hanging weight plus processing (As of 10/1/25- subject to change as Market Price fluctuates) 

Processing is done at Caledonia Packing. The cut options are shown in the photos.

  • 1/4 Beef ranges between 200-250lbs hanging weight making the final cost between $1000-$1300. 
  • 1/2 Beef ranges between 400-500lbs hanging weight making the final cost between $2000-$2600
  • Whole Beef ranges between 800-1000lbs hanging weight making the final cost between $4000-$5200
